Service Charges.

• 33% (commission, handling, import taxes) of the purchase price or winning bid price. ¥3,300 minimum.
• Domestic shipping (within Japan) from the seller to Osaka. This depends on the item size and the seller's location. We will tell you what this charge will amount to before your purchase/bid.
• Ocean freight to California

Terms of Service.

• All costs are due after the auction is won or the purchase is finalized. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours.
• GET JAPAN LLC is not responsible for sellers delivering items not as described. While receiving items not as described is uncommon, it can occur. Please ask us for clarification if you're unsure about an item's condition, description accuracy, or provided images. Once a bid is placed or a purchase is finalized, it cannot be canceled.
• Estimated/approximate arrival dates are not guaranteed. Providing a specific ETA is challenging because of the nature of container shipments. All customers will receive updates via email. Our focus is to fill containers quickly to meet or exceed deadlines and to grow the service in order to fill containers faster.
• Domestically shipped orders are shipped in 1 - 2 weeks after the container unload.
• If you require parts or vehicles urgently or by a specific deadline near the estimated arrival time, this service is not suitable for you.
• Our import process includes publicly sharing photos and videos of shipments, vehicles, parts, and loading/unloading activities. If confidentiality for your parts or vehicle is required, please do not use our service.
• GET JAPAN LLC will not be held financially liable for parts not directly purchased through us.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
