Where are you located?

We are located in Pomona, California. Our Japan operation is located in Izumiotsu, Osaka.

How can I find out more information about your import service?

All information related to our importing service can be found on our Import Service page. You can find information regarding current containers, the importing process, general pricing, and an inquiry form. This page also includes our service charges and terms answers to general import questions.

Can you import brand new items?

We're happy to offer the ability to purchase brand new parts directly from companies through our importing service. Please note that some brand new items will include an additional processsing delay.

Can you import vehicles?

Yes. We are happy to handle the entire process for you: bidding with our accounts, communicating with sellers, arranging domestic shipping and managing the vehicle's Japan and U.S. export/import paperwork.

You'll have all of the necessary paperwork to legally title and register it once the vehicle reaches you.

How does shipping work?

Everything listed is in stock and shipped from our base in California unless clearly stated otherwise.

Please allow 3-7 days for orders to be processed and shipped.

All standard shipping will be sent via USPS or UPS for domestic shoppers. We occassionally use FedEx.

Shipping generally includes $100 in insurance. If you would like to purchase more shipping insurance, please contact us.

Orders over 750 USD will require a signature.

International orders outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied when your order arrives to your country. You as a customer are responsible for covering these fees.

What is the current status of containers?

Items can be picked up in Pomona, California, or shipped to you for an additional fee.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

All sales are final. All parts and accessories are non-refundable. Most items are irreplaceable. This includes items on our site, items secured through our Import Service, and items purchased at events.

What should I do if my order arrives defective or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and develop a solution.

Items reported outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and develop a solution.

Can I withdraw from my order if I'm shopping from the EU or EFTA?

If you're ordering from the European Union or EFTA region (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, regardless of the cancellation and final sale terms described below.

Please contact us immediately to initiate the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Your original shipping cost, along with any import duties or taxes collected from you at checkout, will be refunded along with the price of the merchandise once we receive the return.

Do you offer metal finishing?

Yes. Details regarding our metal finishing service can be found here. We offer metal plating and powder coating services for wheels and other custom projects including, but not limited to the following:

● Multipiece wheels
● Tower bars
● Turbos
● Harley parts

If it's metal, we can refinish it for you.

We obsess over the details. We have high standards for the quality of our work.
