• 33% (commission, tariffs/import taxes, handling) of the purchase price or winning bid price. Minimum commission of ¥3,300.
• Domestic shipping (within Japan) from the seller to Osaka. This depends on the item size and the seller's location. We will inform you of this amount before your purchase or place your bid.
• Ocean freight to California

• All costs are due after the auction is won or the purchase is finalized. Invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours. If payment is not received within this window, we may cancel the order, and you may be responsible for any resulting fees or losses, including auction fees, seller cancellation charges, or shipping cancellation charges.
• GET Japan LLC is not responsible for sellers delivering items that are not as described. While receiving items not as described is uncommon, it can occur. Please ask us for clarification if you are unsure about an item's condition, description accuracy, or provided images. Once a bid is placed or a purchase is finalized, it cannot be canceled.
• Estimated and approximate arrival dates are not guaranteed. Providing a specific ETA is challenging because of the nature of shipments. All customers will receive updates by email. Our focus is to fill shipments quickly to meet or exceed deadlines and to grow the service in order to fill shipments faster.
• Domestically shipped orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks after the container is unloaded.
• If you require parts or vehicles urgently, or by a specific deadline near the estimated arrival time, this service is not suitable for you.
• Our import process includes publicly sharing photos and videos of shipments, vehicles, parts, and loading and unloading activities. If confidentiality for your parts or vehicle is required, please do not use our service.
• GET Japan LLC is not financially liable for parts or vehicles that were not purchased directly through our Import Service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Vehicles purchased through our Import Service are sold as-is, with all faults, and without any warranty of any kind. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer and do not act as your agent for registration, titling, insurance, or emissions purposes. It is your responsibility to confirm, before you purchase, that a vehicle can be legally imported, titled, registered, and operated in your state.
